Organic Heritage Pancake Blend

A slow-milled, whole-grain blend for cozy mornings and brunches worth lingering over. Made with locally, regeneratively-grown organic hard red and soft white wheat from the rich valley of Northern California, and thoughtful paired with organic spelt. It pairs a heritage wheat flavor with the classic tenderness you’d expect of pancakes.

This is a three-varietal wheat flour blend; sweetener, leavener etc. are not included.
