Certified-organic, regeneratively-grown soft white wheat berries from Pleasant Grove Farms in Pleasant Grove, California. These whole kernels have a mild, lightly sweet flavor and can be milled into soft whole-grain flour for tender, non-yeasted baking—including biscuits, cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes, and pie crusts. They can also be cooked whole for grain bowls, salads and warm breakfast porridge.
